Administration

Settings and billing

Every setting, what it changes, and which plan unlocks what.

Queue settings

Settings tab

  • Average service time

How long one customer typically takes. Drives every wait estimate and the timing of Get Ready alerts. The single most consequential setting you have.
  • Get Ready threshold

How close to their turn a customer is told to head back. Match it to how far people wander.
  • Operating hours

Opening and closing times. Joins are refused outside them, so nobody arrives to a closed door.
  • Auto-close time

Closes the queue automatically at a set time each day, so a forgotten queue does not collect overnight joins.
  • Maximum capacity

The most people allowed waiting at once. Beyond it, joining is refused. Set it to zero for no limit.
  • Maximum party size

The largest group a single customer can put on one ticket.
  • Timezone

Controls opening hours, auto-close and every time shown. Set it once, correctly.
  • Turn message

Rewrites the text a customer receives when it is their turn. Short is better.

Business and branding

  • Business name

Shown to customers when they join. Also forms your queue address, so changing it changes your link.
  • Colour scheme

Sets the accent colour of your dashboard and your customer-facing queue page.
  • Logo

Appears on the page customers land on after scanning.
  • Contact details

Your phone number and address, shown to customers and used for account recovery.

The three plans

What each plan unlocks

  • Free

One queue, QR joining, live positions and wait estimates. Capped at a fixed number of customers served in total, not per month.
  • ProPro

Everything in Free, no cap, plus text-message notifications paid for with credits.
  • MaxMax

Everything in Pro, plus multiple staff lanes, Dynamic Scheduling, per-lane delays and multi-location organisations.

The Free cap is a lifetime total

The Free plan counts every customer you have ever put through the queue, and it counts no-shows as well as completed visits. It does not reset at the start of a month.

Managing your subscription

Upgrades, downgrades, card changes and cancellation all run through the billing area of your dashboard. If a renewal payment fails, your plan and features keep working while the payment is retried, and a banner tells you to update your card. Nothing is switched off without warning.

Common questions

Buying and tracking credits is covered in notifications and SMS.
