Show this page to anyone who asks how the queue works. It assumes no prior knowledge.
Joining the queue

Scan the code
Point your phone camera at the QR code and tap the link that appears. It opens a normal web page. There is nothing to download and no account to create. - 2
Watch your place
The page shows how many people are ahead of you and roughly how long that will take. Leave the page open and it keeps itself up to date. - 3
Go up when it turns green
You will be told once when your turn is getting close, and again when it has arrived. Green means head to the counter now.

Getting banner alerts
Adding the queue to your home screen lets it notify you even when your browser is closed — useful if you are going for a coffee.
iPhone (Safari)
- 1Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow, in the bottom bar
- 2Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- 3Tap Add in the top right
Android (Chrome)
- 1Tap the three-dot menu in the top right
- 2Tap Add to Home screen
- 3Tap Add to confirm
No phone? Just ask
Staff can add you to the same queue by hand, in the same order as everyone else. You keep your place, you simply watch the counter instead of a screen.
