How does this work with my booking software (Booksy, Vagaro, Square)?

LineMarshal handles your walk-in queue; your booking software handles appointments. They run in parallel — appointments arrive at their scheduled time, walk-ins join the LineMarshal queue, and the receptionist interleaves them on the dashboard. Most salons keep both running side-by-side.

What if a client checks in but does not actually arrive?

You can configure auto-removal after a no-response window (typically 10 minutes after the "your stylist is ready" notification). The slot opens up for the next client. Reduces wasted stylist time from ghost waitlisters.

Can stylists serve customers from their own phone?
