Reach and insight
ProNotifications and SMS
Two messages per customer, sent at the two moments that matter.
The two messages
A customer gets told twice: once when their turn is approaching, so they can head back, and once when it has arrived. Nothing else is sent. The queue does not chatter.
Fires when they cross the position you set as your threshold. Set it to how long it takes someone to walk back from wherever they went.
Fires when you serve them. This is the final message — once sent, the queue will not downgrade them back to a Get Ready.
Your threshold is a distance, not a number

Credits
Buy credits in packs from your dashboard. They do not expire, and a purchase is added to your balance immediately.
Text messages stop. Everything else keeps working — customers still see their live position and still get browser push.
A low-balance warning appears on your dashboard before you run out, so topping up is never a surprise.
Wording the message yourself
The turn message can be rewritten in Settings if the default does not sound like you. Keep it short — long messages read badly on a lock screen and are the first thing people skim past.
