Multi-location

Several sites, one account, one bill, one pool of credits.

How it fits together

An organisation sits above your locations. Each location keeps its own queue, its own QR code and its own staff, exactly as a standalone business would. What the organisation adds is a layer above: shared credits, central billing, and one place to see everywhere at once. Nothing about the day-to-day changes for the people working a counter.

Setting one up

  1. 1

    Create the organisation

Name it after the group rather than any one site. This is the entity that will hold billing and credits.
  2. 2

    Add your locations

Each becomes a full queue in its own right, with its own address and printed code. Existing businesses can be brought in rather than rebuilt.
  3. 3

Invite the people who run them

Invitations are per person. Someone can manage one site or several, and organisation administrators see everything.
  4. 4

    Move billing to the organisation

One subscription covers the group, and credits are drawn from a single shared pool instead of being topped up site by site.

What the organisation layer gives you

Pooled credits

One balance for every location. A busy site draws from the same pool as a quiet one, so nobody runs dry while credits sit unused elsewhere.

Central billing

One subscription and one invoice for the whole group, rather than a separate bill per site.

Shared people

Staff who work across sites are invited once and given access to the locations they cover.

Group-wide view

See every queue at once, so you know which site is under pressure without opening four dashboards.

Pool the credits before a busy season, not during

The pool is most useful when demand is uneven and unpredictable. Moving to it while every site still has its own healthy balance is painless; doing it mid-rush, when one site is already at zero, is not.
